 * Hello,
 * I am having a problem with some user administration stuff that I am hoping someone
   can help me with.
 * I have created a custom user role. This user would fall somewhere between Administrator
   and Editor, we’ll call it “sub-admin”. This user should be able to promote subscribers
   on the site to what is basically an author (but is another custom user role we’ll
   call “s-author”).
 * I have my user roles defined and working, but here is where I am stuck.
 * I don’t want the “sub-admin” to be able to see administrators, other “sub-admin”
   s or “sub-authors” that were assigned that designation by another “sub-admin”(
   controlled in user meta). When they click the “All Users” menu item, I want them
   to simply see themselves, their “s-authors” and all subscribers on the site. 
   Is this possible?
 * What’s more, where I have the “promote users” capability on my “sub-admin” role,
   I want them to be able to assign these subscribers as “s-authors”, and nothing
   other than that. (Right now my “sub-admin” can make my initial administrator 
   account a subscriber).
 * Finally, I don’t want the sub-admin to be able to view the subscriber’s personal
   information when they click “Edit”. Basically, they should see the users login
   information and they should have the ability to change their level to “s-author”
   and assign a bit of other meta. I know it’s possible to add form fields to the
   user update screen, but is it possible to hide users information from that role?
