List View Plugin

I am not a wordpress guru or something like that and i have tried to google everything i need out of the Internet, but I just cant find a tutorial or something like a plugin.

So basicly is what i want or need is like a top 10 list view.. I know i can make it out of table code, but i wanted to create something like woocommerce shop page showcase, or http://datingsitesreviews4u.com/TopDatingSites like this . But i can’t figure out where to start.
