It seems like it might be the Long Description field, but since I can’t see it, I’m just guessing here. * If it is, check under Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields and edit that field. Under there, you should have options to enable HTML and Shortcode expansion for that field. FYI–not all fields support that, but the Long Description does for both. * If that’s not working, it may help if you can send me screenshots of your Manage Form Fields view of that field AND a screenshot of the output in a listing where it’s broken. We added security to the fields in that release to prevent malicious HTML from being added without your permission.
