# Live Traffic displaying connections as HTTPS

 * Hello,
 * Live Traffic is registering all visits as HTTPS, however none of them are actually
   HTTPS connections. Any ideas?

 * I have not seen that happen before — do you know if your site is using CloudFlare
   or any other front-end proxy? (Maybe nginx, varnish, etc.?)

 * Yes, I am using nginx. I also confirmed with the host and no HTTPS traffic or
   calls are being sent to the site.
 * I also uninstalled and deleted the database information before reinstalling. 
   The same error occurs.

 * Is nginx being used as a front end proxy, or as a standalone web server?
 * Also, can you confirm if you go to the WordPress Settings menu, under General,
   do you have an https URL in the “Site Address” or “WordPress Address” field? 
   I am not suggesting to change anything yet — there may be a reason if they are
   different.
