Load buddy press posts and comments.

So I’ve been making this website for fun. I just wanted to know how could I reload the posts people make (Or load every second.) and comments they make so that it would pop up just like discord and other sites. I’ve searched all over the internet but I just can’t find out how I could do it. Thank you.
