# Load more button not loading

 * I have set to gallery layout 3 columns with 3 number of videos.
    But when clicking
   to load more.., nothing happens. The load more buttons just have fading dot.

 * Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Could you send us a support 
   request [here](https://smashballoon.com/support/) and include a link to the page
   where you are displaying the feed and also the System Info from the Support tab
   of the plugin settings so we can better investigate this for you?
 * You could also try going to _WordPress Dashboard > YouTube Feeds > Customize 
   > Advanced_, enable **Are you using an AJAX theme?**, and click **Save Changes**.
   This setting can correct issues with JavaScript conflicts on the page, as this
   could possibly be the cause of this problem.
