# Loader blocked ?

 * Hello,
 * When I vote, the loader stay bloqued and the results do not appear. However, 
   when I click on “revote” and “results” the loader works perfectly.
    I disabled
   wp-rocket and all other plugins, the problem is still there.
 * I tested on local, everything works fine.
 * Very strange…

 * Voting is based on what? Cookies? Perhaps the GDPR settings of the theme are 
   the problem? Or the settings of the plugin?
 * Yes!
    It was possible, to disable the IP detection in the plugin settings. And
   now: It works!
