 * On some of my pages I have multiple DICOMs (axial, coronal, and sagittal). It
   therefore takes a little while for them all to load. Would it be possible to
   have a loading placeholder icon or text appear until all of the DICOM is loaded.
   This may work better because otherwise I’m afraid users will be frustrated when
   they are trying to scroll, but the entire DICOM hasn’t loaded yet. I know it
   just takes a little bit of time, the users don’t.
 * Thank you!
    Scott

 * Good point, I’ll check if I can integrate a progress line as on the dwv demos.
