My plugin is limited to 999 so the site doesn’t get bogged down. Since you show recent articles I’m going to make an attribute to show only the most recent posts when ordering by date order. How the plugin works now it searches the first 999 table rows in the database. But they aren’t necessarily ordered by most recent date. All your posts will show if you added the argument limit =’10000′ but then it searches all the table rows and slows the site down. The default limit to search is 999 which is an okay speed.
