# “Loading, please wait…” ??

 * How long do I need to wait for “The list of files that can be optimized: Loading,
   please wait…” to change so that I’m able to press the “Start Bulk Optimization”
   button?
 * I verified with my host that I’m not running on an Nginx server, and I’ve tried
   this in 3 different browsers, but it’s still “Loading, please wait…” and it’s
   not possible to do anything else.
 * Is this expected behavior or is something wrong?

 * Hi [@kevinroman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kevinroman/),
 * Thank you for your message.
 * Could you please launch Dev Tools in your browser, go to the Network tab (the
   Network tab in Dev Tools), and then go to the plugin settings page? This will
   allow me to investigate. Please make a screenshot and send to me.
 * Please note that with a large number of images, retrieving image statistics may
   take several minutes.
 * Best,
    Mateusz

 * Hey Mateusz,
 * Here’s that screenshot. This is using my staging site [kevinroman.com/archive/]
   While I don’t find any webps made in the site, I do see in [/wp-content/uploads-
   webpc/uploads] the few of your test webps.. And still my “Loading, please wait…”
   lol.

 * Thank you [@kevinroman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kevinroman/)! At
   the top, next to “Filter Full URL,” select “All” from the drop-down list. Please
   select Fetch or XHR there — I don’t remember what it’s called in Safari. Then
   I’ll ask for a screenshot.

 * Ha! Such a good find! I had actually had tried things with Ghostery turned off(
   no change), but didn’t even think that my admin skin UiPress could be interfering
   with Converter.
 * “Loading…” is now gone, yippee!
   I can probably keep UiPress off while I bulk
   optimize images, and if I don’t select “Automatically convert new images” and
   only do routine bulk optimization, that won’t interrupt my function too much.
   If I want to do this on my main site where “Conversion of new images” might be
   a big advantage, I might need to reach out to the UiPress developer about  conflicts
   from his plugin.
 * This is a huge improvement right now, though, since I really wanted to try Converter
   over other optimization options because I want the control and clarity of ONLY
   creating webp images—I want to know that all the jpegs on my site are originally
   from me.
 * Thanks so much! Any tips on helping these two plugins not conflict would be great—
   but thanks so much for this help!
 * Kevin
 * PS (I’ll find all the webp images from Converter in /uploads-webpc/uploads, yes?
   What will it put into the /uploads-webpc/plugins folder?)

 * Thank you [@kevinroman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kevinroman/)!
 * Files converted to WebP and AVIF formats are saved in a separate directory: /
   wp-content/uploads-webpc/.
 * Below I have attached the tutorial describing how to test the plugin:
