# Loading the chat …

 * Hi,
 * I’ve the problem “Loading the chat…” when a user view the webpage.
   The page shows
   the chat after a lot of minutes (tipically 5 minutes).
 * I’ve tried to update all plugins, WordPress and theme
   I’ve tried to disable all
   plugins and keep activated Wise Chat but the problem is still the same.
 * Any feedback about that problem?

 * I apologize for the delay. I know it may be too late, but for anyone experiencing
   a similar problem:
 * It usually means that the chat is blocked by something. According to our experience
   it may be caused by a security plugin or the server itself. Please read more 
   about it here:

 * It is a description of delivery issues, but often it applies to the error your
   are reporting as well.
 * Alternatively, please update Wise Chat. Since 3.2 we introduced a new engine 
   called “Gold”. Please switch to it in the chat’s advanced settings.
