# Loading the chat …

 * I’ve installed Wise Chat with WordPress on my website.
    After last update, the
   chat box shows “Loading the chat …” for so long time (4/5 minutes) and then shows
   correctly the chat.
 * There’s any way to investigate on what’s going on and why it spends a lot of 
   time on that loading?

 * Any other ideas? I do not have collect user statistics enabled and even logged
   in people get “loading the chat….” You have to refresh the site and the chat 
   comes up. I rather not have to have everyone have to reload the site to see the
   chat box.

 * And I rather not pay for your plugin until I know I can get it to work. If I 
   can get it to work I will gladly pay for the plugin since I have been trying 
   to get a chat in my site for a long time.
