 * I use P3 Profiler to monitor load times of my plugis. It shows a HUGE part of
   my load time is due to Social Media Feather. I Decactivated SMF and it still 
   shows it’s being loaded. What gives with that?

 * If the plugin is inactive, there is no way for it to be loaded as WordPress handles
   that and the plugin cannot override that in any way. So either the plugin wasn’t
   deactivated or P3 is showing cached results of some kind.
