Local install timeout with big csv

Good morning,
i m working on a localhost install, importing a csv with 70K posts; my php.ini settings are:

memory_limit = 2048M
max_execution_time = 0

but the script after 3-4kposts goes in timeout with a blank page.

Anyone can help?
