# Local WAMP Install Cannot Select Database

 * Hi,
 * I have tried every single solution but I just cannot select the database I created
   on my localhost.

 * I have setup everything according to instructions but just can’t get it working.
   Can someone please help?

 * Ok I got it 🙂 I had to put port number as well like “localhost:3308” localhost
   by itself didn’t work.
