    thanks for your message.
 * Currently ShortPixel cannot be used on locally hosted websites. There are some
   alternative ways (or workarounds to be more specific) to optimize the images 
   but before getting into that may I ask you why are you trying to optimize images
   on a localhost? Do you plan to make the site public soon?
