localhost ssl

Greetings,

I’m new to site building.
I’ve been developing an e-commerce for a few days locally (localhost) with xampp.
I need to have e-commerce in https.
That’s why I thought of this plugin.
Before installing it I would like to know if it is right for me.
the plugin works on local environment (localhost)
