 * I like the plugin is localized in so many languages but none is included with
   it. Where to obtain the localization files?

 * The localization files are loaded from the servers and not provided with the 
   plugin. Localized versions show up according to the browser language set by the
   visitor. So if anyone visits a page with PrintFriendly with their browser language
   set to French, they will see French version of PrintFriendly.
