 * Hi. Posted before but not seeing my post, so here I go again !
    Point 3 of setup
   details how to enable localisation but asks for the installation of ip2nation.
   I couldn’t find a current, updated plugin for this and all I could find was a
   downloadable sql DB. Is this correct or am I get this wrong ?
 * Is localisation dependent on downloading ip2nation and if so is there a supported
   plugin ?
 * sorry if the question is thick but I dont see the point of a plugin that doesn’t
   allow / have localisation.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi,
 * Sorry for the confusion, just selecting the option will cause the plugin to download
   and install the database on your server. No other action is required.
 * I did not want the plugin to install the database without your consent, hence
   the slightly confusing words!

 * Thanks Paul. Should have just went ahead and loaded it. Sorry for the dumb question.

 * This is not working for me. I check that box, come back to the Settings page,
   and find that the box is now unchecked. I’ve tried it several times, but it’s
   always unchecked when I come back. it continues to have the strangely worded
   error message as before:
    _You currently do not have ip2nation installed, the
   latest version available is dated: Sat, 13 Jun 2015 16:28:28_
 * And I tried finding an ip2nation plugin. I even downloaded the database and tried
   to install it like a plugin, but nothing worked.

 * Hi,
 * So if you go to the settings page and where the localisation options are there
   should be a button to `Install Database`.
 * When you press this it will attempt to download then install the ip2nation database,
   it may take several seconds / minutes depending on your server.
 * Does it return immediately?
    Are there any errors? Does the page timeout?
 * Any other clues?
 * Thanks,
 * Paul
