# Localization issue (again)…

 * hi guys.
 * FIrst i tried to do everything in UTF-8 but when i changed the encoding of WP
   files from ANSI to UTF-8 in Notepadd++ the utf-8 encoded pages phucked up the
   whole thing. (Displaying blank pages).
 * Okay than i tried iso-8559-2 everything went fine after i edited wp-config, the
   databsase and the wordpress options too. but!
    the wp-comments-post.php file 
   when outputting the error messages it still shows UTF-8? i mean wtf :S.
