# Locating WordPress Posts & Pages

 * Where does WP save posts and pages?
 * I want to edit items that the editor will not access (built into the theme).
 * Also if I have a corrupt theme can I reinstall it without losing the specific
   widgetized items for that theme? They should have code that the theme will be
   able to re-access to arrange theme in the correct manner right?

 * The database. It’s in your wp_posts table.

 * Then you edit the THEME, not the posts 🙂

 * Maybe, depends on how corrupt it got and where. Usually yes.
