Location Dropdown

    Hello all,

    I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to have a dropdown of the US States and then if say I just a state, the jobs for that states shows up in the list?

    In the demo, I see a location keyword search, but not a dropdown.

    Thank you for any tips.

    Hi Chris! A dropdown menu like you’ve described isn’t a built-in feature of the plugin, and not one we’d be able to help you add.

    That said, almost anything is possible, depending on how much customization you’re willing to do 🙂 WP Job Manager is intentionally lightweight, so it can be extended in a variety of different ways. For example, we have a tutorial here on how you might create a custom job search form: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/developer-reference/code-snippets/tutorial-creating-custom-job-search-form/ that might help point you in the right direction to accomplishing your desired option for the location search field on the job search form.
