    Browsers: latest versions of Firefox and Chrome

    I am a type historian semi-clueless of code.

    I need to set up an accordian-style mega menu that works for both desktop and mobile users. To suit my layout, it must be located in Sidebar 1 displayed on the right-hand side of every page.

    What I have tried so far:
    1) Completed the native settings options.
    2) Experimented with WP menu settings.
    3) Experimented with WP widget settings.
    4) Experimented with shortcode [maxmegamenu] in a content block assigned to Sidebar 1.

    None of these options produces the desired result.

    If possible, please teach me how to do this with your promising plugin.

    Hi Anna,

    To display a menu in a sidebar you would use a Widget. We have documentation here which also covers settings up a new menu location:

    However, the free version of MMM is only suited for horizontal menus. For an accordion menu you would need the Pro version. There are also some free accordion plugins in the plugin directory which might be worth looking at.
