Locations Export Incomplete

Hello, I can’t export my entire store listings. It times out after exporting 600 stores. I have 1710 total I need exported.

After contacting my server admin and reading your “Troubleshooting” page (http://www.charlestonsw.com/support/documentation/store-locator-plus/troubleshooting/location-export/) and looking at what is suggested by that article, I do not think the plugin will work. I would have guessed the time out would occur within 1 minute, around 1000 entries roughly. Sounds like that is exactly what is happening. the time out occurs because on the shared environment, we do not allow php processes to go past 60 seconds. That is not a time frame that can be adjusted, as that would be a quick way for our server to crash for everyone. The article is suggesting using a virtual private server, were limits can be defined by each user individually. I can’t switch servers at this point.

Can you extract them directly from the database, or is there another way to get to that data, such as breaking up the export into pieces?

I need all the stores exported!
