# Lockdown function to install plug-ins?

 * I just wonder if there is any way to lock the function of installing plug-ins?
 * It would be really cool if you could lock so that when you’re done installing
   you lock it and no plug-ins (and maybe also themes?) can be installed by no other
   than when the admin when he/she unlocks the function..(maybe with a password 
   to unlock)
 * I imagine that this would make it more secure since a hacker cannot install features
   then..
 * Is there any feature like this out-there already?
