Lockout not working…

    I installed this plugin. I set the settings below and tested logging into an account with the wrong password more than 3 times and there was no lockout. Anyone have a solution? Here are the settings for it:

    Lockout 3 allowed retries
    20 minutes lockout
    3 lockouts increase lockout time to 24 hours
    12 hours until retries are reset

    Site connection
    ✔ Direct connection

    Handle cookie login ✔Yes

    Notify on lockout ✔Log IP
    ✔Email to admin after lockouts
