 * I suspect it may be caused by some disabled functions in my PHP.
 * These are my disabled functions, could it be one of these ?
 * PHP 7.1
 * **show_source, system, shell_exec, passthru, exec, popen, proc_open, allow_url_fopen**

 * It was because i had settings to get all files in home dir, instaed i set it 
   for just public_html.

 * You will want to delete your website info from that part of the link above (sorry
   I didn’t see it sooner) and I hope you were able to fix this over FTP or with
   support from your host?!?
