 * Dear wordpress-Team,
    Due to a change of personnel in our company, it is unfortunately
   no longer possible for us to access the log-in page of our website (www.wordpress.
   com/log-in) to change payment method settings for plug-ins. Could you please 
   tell us how we can get access? The page admins tried so far do not seem to have
   access rights, or neither the passwords are accepted nor can they be changed.

 * If you have FTP access to the website, you can create an admin account using
