    One of our users reported this, which I was able to confirm with my account. When submitting a booking for an event, clicking on “Submit Booking” results in no action from the browser. No error code or anything like that is displayed; the button does nothing.

    Booking works if the user’s email address is not in the system. It’s only existing accounts that can’t book.

    Any suggestions?

    sorry we are not able to replicate this and just to confirm the logged-in and guest users see the same booking form and it’s just the logged-in users which the submit button is not working ?

    Hi Angelo,

    Yes, both logged-in and guest users see the same booking form. When logged in users click “Submit booking,” nothing happens. It’s really bizarre. We also have Events Manager Pro, if that helps.

    Which version of Events Manager, Events Manager Pro and WordPress are you using?
