Logging In

I am not able to log in to wordpress on my site http://www.[redacted].co.uk/dev due to lost password. I tried to change the password through a message sent to my email [redacted]@hotmail.com but it just kept refreshing the suggested passwords rather than updating. Because i couldn’t log in I couldn’t log in to forum pages so I had to create a new account to do so. The account i want to change the password for is [redacted] or [redacted]@hotmail.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
