Login area missing after multisite network install

Hello! I recently added a multisite network to my WP. Everything seemed to work out fine (aside from some CSS issues), however, the login area on my login page is missing. The page loads fine, but the fields to enter your information are gone. I replaced the login file with a fresh one from a new download, but nothing. Anyone have any suggestions for me? All help appreciated!
