# Login function does not work anymore

 * I use the latest version but i had the same with the version before apparently.
   I use the login shortcode. But when I fill in the credentials and click on login
   it just gets in a endless loading loop.

 * Download Manager Login feature works fine in our test. Maybe the problem you 
   are facing coming from somewhere else. Please create a support ticket [here](https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-free/)
   to discuss about this issue. I might have to take a look using test user to find
   the issue.
