   I think password reset doesn’t work either. Tried with FF and Chrome.
    Cannot
   find contact details on your site (contactform, telno or email).

 * Very sorry about the issue you are having, I checked the login and there does
   not seem to be an issue with it, however we are aware of a bug where the password
   reset form is not actually working.
 * Could you please head to [https://theeventscalendar.com/support/](https://theeventscalendar.com/support/)
   and Submit a support ticket for “Questions before Purchasing” (this will bypass
   the login) and include details of this issue, and a link to this thread? That
   way we can get you some help from out Customer Service department, they should
   be able to fix this for you.

 * We’ve heard reports of the password reset not working, specifically that it doesn’t
   work the first time.
 * Please try the password reset again. When it works you should receive a success
   message like this one:

   again.
