login issues

I’ve received multiple login errors when trying to access my wp-admin. First it said this was an unrecognized ip and it sent an email to verify the ip. Ok, fine, maybe my ip address changed. So I tried to verify it using my phone but I couldn’t login there. I ended up resetting the password to try to get in, but now it says “invalid key” when I try to login.
