# Login problem

 * Hello
 * We have a problem when you log in it the site doesn’t switch to your welcome 
   name and the logout tab doesn’t show up either. The only way you get in is to
   click on a tab and open a page before you see the welcome name to let you know
   you are signed in.
 * It seems like an exe command to bring up the welcome screen and logout is not
   working.

 * Unfortunately, I don’t understand what do you mean by saying “it doesn’t switch
   to your welcome name “. Are you referring to the redirect after login?
    Please
   attach screenshots if possible.
