# Login problems

 * Hi there. My self and subscribers are having difficulties to log into my site.
   There is definitely a cache problem because whenever i deactivate your plugin
   everything works fine and everybody can login and log out many times without 
   having any problem. Of course the site now loads much slower. Can you please 
   help me with this issue?

 * Exclude URL from login page from being cached. If done, purge cache and try again.

 * Under litespeed>>cache>>excludes>>do not cache URls, I have added this: /user-
   login/ . Also i added a second line under it (its another url login): /phytotherapy-
   seminars-2022-log-in/

 * Thank you for the information which you provided. I tested the urls and the cache
   as I can see is not been used on both of them. I think everything is OK now. 
   If anything reoccurs again i will let you know.
