# Login problems

 * Having a problem with Edwiser all of a sudden.
    When students try to login to
   Moodle directly ([https://www.institute-of-photography.com/moodle/](https://www.institute-of-photography.com/moodle/)),
   it throws them back to the main WordPress home page straight away ([https://www.institute-of-photography.com](https://www.institute-of-photography.com)).
   This is confusing students as it is a new problem. You used to be able to log
   in to Moodle with no problems but now students are being thrown back to WordPress.
   Any help would be appreciated.

 * Please check if the license key of Single Sign On extension is activated on your
   WordPress site.
 * This issue occurs mostly when you have configured Single Sign On extension but
   haven’t activated the license key in WordPress site.
 * Let us know about it.
