Login to ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello!
I’ve been quite interested in joigning the WP accessibility group, so I searched for it on Google and found the page.
For login in, it’s written that it’s easy cause you just have to log in with your ww.wp.xz.cn account.
I’m sorry, but I almost dropped there, since I’ve been struggling to find out how to create an account, and had to go back to Google, to finally find a form on ww.wp.xz.cn that looked like an account creation form.
Why not just a “create an account” link on top of the page?
One shouldn’t have to search “create an account” as keywords to find the right page. Even the login page says “create an account” in the title, so I tried to enter new id. Of course it just says it doesn’t recognize you.
