 * Is it possible to omit the second screen after obtaining the permissions of users
   social?
 * I don’t get why to ask the user to connect with new or existing account?

 * It seems that there is an option in Settings > WP Social Login > Bouncer
 * Under section “Accounts Linking” choose “No” to “Link user account” option.
 * This will disable the extra screen after you have the information you need.
