- WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
- Full screenshot of “General” tab (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General) of General Settings page.
- Screenshot of WooCommerce order edit page of the order you are having issues with and its corresponding PDF Invoice document.
