    I have uploaded logo, but when I check the pdf invoice , a box with big cross is showing

    The issue you are facing may be related to relative image paths. Kindly share the following details for a better understanding of your system environment.

    • WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
    • Full screenshot of “General” tab (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General) of General Settings page.
    • Screenshot of WooCommerce order edit page of the order you are having issues with and its corresponding PDF Invoice document.
