Logout and iThemes Security

I’m using iTheme Security’s hide backend feature which changes wp-admin url to something else than the default wp-admin.

I can’t logout anymore because it results in an endless redirect. Logout used to work with Qtranslate 3.2 but not with 3.3 or 3.4.

If I disable iTheme Security’s hide backend feature then logging out starts to work again. Seems to me that there is some kind of conflict between qTranslate X and iTheme Security.

One notable thing is that the problem seems to exist only when using nginx not Apache. Changing to Apache is not an option.

Any ideas how to fix this?
