 * I have installed and love the theme Longevity, but I have major layout problems.
Widgets positioned in left or right margins (I’ve tried all variations of the
settings I could think of) are simply pushed Down to the bottom below the post.
This means the post text runs in full width (no margins) making it very unpleasant
   to read…
 * I have also noticed strange layout on online courses made with Sensei..
 * Can anyone help me sort this?

 * One request…if you are running a disable right click, can you turn that off?
I can troubleshoot code much better that way 🙂
 * But from what I can see at first glance, something is definitely odd.

 * Sure, thanks 🙂
I’ve deactivated the copyright protection plugin… Also I tried
the theme With WordPress 4.3.1 first… but upgraded to 4.4 because it looked so
   strange..

 * I’m at your site now, but I’m not sure I understand what you mean by the widgets,
because I see the right sidebar column with widgets as it should be. If I understand
you correctly, the right (or left) sidebar is floating below your page content?
 * What browser are you using? Is it possible that you can show me a screenshot
   of what you are seeing?
 * I did discover one thing though…when you disabled the curve graphic, it leaves
behind an empty container that has height to it, creating a lot of empty space
at the top, so I will need to fix that.
 * Quick update…what resolution is your screen? I think I might know what is happening,
and it has something to do with the point of when a browser window gets down
to a certain size that the responsive layout changes to adapt. If this is what
is happening, I will need to adjust that.

 * Yes I noticed the gap but didn’t know what it was..
    Will post some screenshots
   and send link 🙂

 * I have Internet Explorer 11..
Does the online course pages look ok on your screen
   as well?

 * Thanks for the screenshots…now I know what is happening. It’s the responsiveness
of the theme. When the screen gets smaller, the layout will rearrange itself
to adjust to the smaller viewing area, so the left or right sidebar columns will
automatically float below the main content.
 * Basically this is how a responsive theme works. However, the sidebar columns
seem to float down too soon as I shrink the window in width, so I will need to
add this to the next update by making a few tweaks to the responsive code that
makes it do what it doing and have it so it doesn’t flip below before it should.
 * I have a lot of theme updates to do for the next couple of days, so I will add
this to my list; hopefully you are not in a big rush for this, but will try my
best to get this update done in the next few days….including that extra space
   at the top.
 * Regarding your top logo banner and the main menu, by default on the wider screens,
the layout has the site title/logo to the left and the main menu to the right,
and then as the window gets smaller, this changes as well so that the menu floats
below and then on the really small screens, the main menu turns into a button
   with a drop down style.

 * My screen resolution is 1024×600 … I tried to make it higher but it’s a eeePC
so the only higher option 1024×750 or something and that makes everything look
   weird (out of shape).
Thank you so much for Your help 🙂

 * Great thank you so much.
I agree.. it would look much better if the widgets
remains on the side for 600px wide screens and possible lower.
 * I am not in a hurry. It’s way more important to find something that Works and
looks good. I love this theme because it is clean, simple, has a lot of flexibility
on the colors and most of all the nice soft fonts. I’ve searched a lot and not
many themes have that! So that’s my feedback.
 * If you can do something to make the Sensei (woothemes) online courses fit better
with the theme as well (give it some Space so that the videos etc are not being
squeezed out to the right…) then I would be happy to give a little donation 🙂

 * The 600px width is a bit small for most sites to keep the sidebar…I will probably
put it at 996, but will try it at 768px first. I have to remind myself that I’m
on a 2560px resolution, which is generally a lot more than what most people are
   using.
 * As a side note, thank you for the feedback because this is what makes the theme(
   and future themes) even better.
 * Regarding the Sensei plugin, this one is kind of out of my hands because this
is relating more to the plugin. I do see a problem with it though…your tutorials
have a missing set of containers that content goes into and I think this plugin
is removing them and using their own layout template which includes a sidebar
code (bad method actually). I’m not sure what I can do about this one and cannot
promise anything, but I will take a look at it to see if there is something I
can do from the theme side. This theme has an unusual layout method that I’ve
done, so this could be part of the layout problem for this particular plugin.

 * I understand.
Well, if you figure a way to make the sensei plugin fit in then
you you know that’s my wish at least 🙂 Thank you for your help. Looking forward
to the update. Merry Christmas 🙂

 * Hi again 🙂
I found out how to put an image in the banner to keep a fixed large
banner header image, but even if I don’t add a logo the menu comes on the right
side on large screens. I understand that’s how you have designed the theme, but
for me the beauty of the theme was the simple menu in symetry with the large
banner image. Any chance you can add an option to keep the menu centred on the
page (not going to the right side) ..at least when no logo is added?

 * I’m working on an update for this theme today, but what I will do with this update
is add a second option for the menu to sit below the menu and a logo gets centered
above it. This option actually exists on the pro version of the theme.
