When you say “a message”, you would say the name of detected country? If so, it’s because IP Locator have only a loopback address (127.0.0.1 or ::1) for all your visitors. Load-balancer? Proxy? WAF (external or as a WP plugin?)? CDN? If you’re hosted by someone else (than you) is it a IaaS or PaaS solution? What are the main components? * If no: Do you have some iframe in the page?
