Looking for a custom post type carousel plugin with overlap

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to find a plugin that can show custom post types in a carousel/slider type layout with overlapping items similar to what appears on the Twitch front page.

    I swear I saw something before in the past but I’ve looked for hours and I can’t find it.

    Does anyone have any ideas? I’ll take ’em all!

    Carousel’s are not considered modern design because they are not horribly friendly on mobile devices. I’d suggest checking out the masonry view for displaying posts offered by WP Show Posts https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-show-posts/, the free version might do the trick if not they have a pro version too.

    However, if you have your mind set on using a carousel check out the Custom Post Carousels plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/dd-post-carousel/

    The twitch carousel looks nice when going smaller width, was thinking there must be something like that out there somewhere. But that’s ok. Maybe I’ll just have to stick with the regular grid layout then.
