 * Hi guys,
 * I’ve been looking for weeks and I can’t find I plugin like[ this one ](http://appadvice.com/appnn)
   at the top of the page.
 * I don’t want a slider, I want to be able to pick and choose the featured posts
   and it must be at the top of the page with thumbnails.
    Also, I know I’m picky,
   SEO friendly and W3C friendly.
 * Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
