Looking for Follow Widget Button

I opened my blog a week ago and I got some views but no followers. I later learned that I don’t have a follow button so when I went to Widgets section in order to add a follow widget but there was none. I can’t find it anywhere and I’ve checked the Follow Blog Widget and saw the instructions but again, it’s not there. I even clicked on customize and typed ‘follow’ but says it’s not found. Where is the follow button? Thank you.
