 * I’m looking for a plugin. I didn’t found one yet. Please help me.
 * FUNCTIONS:
    The authors should not be able to use the manual TIMESTAMP. Instead
   the timestamp should be saved automatically. I wish that also changes in the 
   posts are documentated with the timestamp. So I like to have notes in the posts,
   that show “created: DATE” and “last changes: DATE”. Interessting would also be
   a documentation of changes for every post (not that large but a bit like wikipedia).
   But: The admin should be able to change timestamps.
 * Who has a plugin-idea?
 * Please apologise my funny english.
