 * Hi there!
 * I am looking for a theme that fits my sites needs. My site is an article website
   which has tech related articles. I am looking for a theme that has the following
   layout:

 * It would be nice if they are FREE! I heard that Brian Gradner is going to start
   making open source templates which are going to be released on Saturday.

 * Yes that is true I believe. However the ones on the site now are not going to
   available ever again.
