 * Hi since moving hosts my wordpress site has been running very very slow, after
   talking to my host they have said the site is making **loopback connections**
   which they do not support?
 * How can I find out where these connections are? so I can change them?
 * for now i have installed W3 Total Cache, which has helped, but this is only masking
   the real problem!!

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
