 * I’d call your hosting provider and ask them to enable loopbacks, they may have
   disabled them or perhaps you changed plans recently and they disabled them if
   they worked before. It should be an easy fix for them. I hope this helps

    i tried everything define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); to
   wp-config.php, associate with 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts, which: Enable allow_url_fopen,
   apply and restart Apache. i will ask support from cpanel , i hope they can help

 * I am running the new Site Health to my WordPress and I encountered an error I
   am not able to fix:
 * The REST API encountered an error
    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other
   applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen,
   which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
 * The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation
   timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
 * Any idea on how to solve this problem?
